Premiere Roofing and Carpentry, Inc. carries and maintain the following insurance for protection from claims which may arise out of or result from the contractors operations under the contract, whether such operations be by himself or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by us, or by anyone for whose acts any of them be liable.

1. Workmen's Compensation and Employer's Liability. (Statutory limits).
2. Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance covering owned automobiles or used by the PRC. Limits of liability will be for $100,000/200,000 combined single limit-Bodily Injury and $50,000 combined single limit-Property Damage.
3. Commercial General Liability includes Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 each occurrence. Property Damage - $1,000,000 each occurrence. Completed Operations/Product Liability - $2,000,000 annual aggregate.
